The CL1005 lock is designed for easy installation and can serve as a quick retrofit for existing cam locks or for new installations on units without a lock. It fits doors up to 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) thick and features a 5/8 inch (15.8 mm) threaded barrel.

  1. Npaj Qhov Rooj: Use the provided template to mark and drill the necessary holes on the cabinet door. Ensure the door thickness does not exceed 1/2 inch (12.7 mm).

  4. Install Cam: Attach the appropriate cam to the back of the lock mechanism using the provided screw. Ensure the cam rotates freely and engages with the cabinet frame when locked.
  5. Nruab Roj Teeb: Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the lock. Insert the 2 x AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.

In case of battery failure, the lock can be temporarily powered using a 9V battery. Locate the two contact points (LEDs) on the front of the lock. Apply the 9V battery across these points (positive to positive, negative to negative). While holding the 9V battery in place, enter the Master Code to open the lock. Replace the internal AAA batteries immediately after gaining access.
