The Igloo Electric Countertop Ice Maker is a compact and portable appliance designed to produce ice quickly and efficiently. It can produce up to 33 pounds of ice per day, with ice ready in as little as 7 minutes. The unit features an intuitive LED-lighted control panel, allowing you to select between small or large ice cube sizes and indicating when to add water or when the ice basket is full.

  1. Tshem tawm: Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging. Remove all packing materials, including any tape or protective film.
  2. Qhov chaw: Place the unit on a flat, stable, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation. Avoid placing near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
  3. Kev ntxuav thawj zaug: Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker. Remove the ice basket and wash it with warm, soapy water. Wipe the interior with a soft cloth and mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly.
  4. Kev npaj siv thawj zaug: After cleaning, allow the unit to sit upright for at least one hour before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle.
  5. Ntxiv dej: Open the lid and fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the "MAX" fill line. Do not overfill.

    • TSEEM CEEB: For smaller, quicker-forming ice cubes.
    • Loj: For larger, more solid ice cubes.
    The corresponding LED indicator ("SMALL" or "LARGE") will light up.
  3. Ice Production: The ice maker will begin the ice-making cycle. The first batch of ice may take slightly longer (around 7-15 minutes) to form. Subsequent batches will be produced more quickly.
  4. Kev Sau Dej Khov: As ice cubes are produced, they will drop into the removable ice basket.
  5. "ICE FULL" Indicator: When the ice basket is full, the "ICE FULL" indicator light will illuminate, and the ice maker will automatically pause production. Remove ice from the basket to resume operation.
  6. "ADD WATER" Indicator: If the water level in the reservoir is too low, the "ADD WATER" indicator light will illuminate, and the ice maker will pause. Add more water to the reservoir to resume operation.

Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your ice maker and ensure optimal performance.
